Cultivate an active and devoted online community through authentic interactions, user-generated content, and collaborations with influencers to effectively promote our offerings..
Showcase our company culture and work environment through engaging social media content.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and platform guidelines in all social media content and campaigns.
Stay abreast of social media trends to develop compelling content that resonates with our audience.
Flourish the personality of individuals on video, showcasing their unique traits and characteristics effectively.
Foster a positive online environment by promptly engaging with comments, messages, and mentions.
Maintain brand consistency across all channels and platforms.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
Strong content creation and storytelling abilities.
Extroverted and highly creative personality.
Demonstrated ability to generate creative ideas and possess a mindset, particularly in short-form content creation, video production, and reels.
Ability to effectively showcase the personality of individuals on video, bringing out their unique traits and characteristics.
Data-driven approach with the capability to analyze and interpret social media metrics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Familiarity with influencer management tools and social media apps such as LinkedIn Instagram, X and Facebook. A candidate who is constantly engaged online.
